Provipex SixPex

Description

Provipex is an excellent anti-estrogen. Moreover, Provipex (active ingredient mesterolone) is an anabolic steroid drug derived from dihydrotestosterone. In terms of molecular structure, mesterolone is very similar to the similarly named methenolone; in fact, the difference between the two drugs is about the same as between men and women.

Provipex is partially an estrogen receptor blocker, although this type of activity is not its main activity. Such is the dual nature of Provipex. The uniqueness of this really wonderful drug does not end here, it has a whole range of useful properties for you and me. A very interesting feature of Proviron is its ability to increase the amount of free testosterone in the blood by attaching it to the globulin that binds sex hormones and thus reducing the activity of the latter. It hardly needs to be said that increasing the amount of free testosterone in the blood is not just good, but very good. Due to this property, many athletes use proviron for 5-7 days in the middle of the AAS cycle. However, a number of researchers refer mesterolone more to anti-androgens, emphasising its inappropriateness during the cycle of anabolic steroids, but we think that this is not quite right.

Provipex is used as part of post-course therapy, although the expediency is questionable, as it has no ability to restore endogenous testosterone secretion.

Provipex is an orally active, 1-methylated DHT (methylated dihydrotestosterone). Similar to Masteron, however, it is exclusively oral. Dihydrotestosterone is the conversion product of testosterone with 5 -alpha – reducing enzyme. The result, which is a hormone 3 – 4 times as androgenic and structurally incapable of forming estrogen. One could imagine then that Provipex would be the perfect drug to increase strength and achieve certain gains. Unfortunately, there is a control mechanism for dihydrotestosterone in the human body. When levels get too high 3 – alpha hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase converts it mainly into a dormant compound known as 3-alpha (5-alpha-androstane-3-alpha, 17beta-diol), a prohormone, so to speak. It can be equally converted in the opposite direction to dihydrotestosterone via the same enzyme when low levels of dihydrotestosterone are found. But this means that it is quite useless to use large amounts of the drug (for the height of androgen receptor sensitivity in muscle tissue) to achieve muscle hypertrophy.
