Mesterolone has the property of rapid metabolisation, and therefore it is not excreted by the kidneys in unchanged form. The practice of using Proviron shows that there have been no cases of metabolic conversion to estrogens and/or corticoids. About 80% of a single dose of the drug is excreted with urine, and 12-13% – with faeces.
